Villa Hunsrück is a super luxurious and cozy house for 6 people built in 2016/2017. Including winter garden, the barrier-free house has a living area of 185 m2. The Villa is built on a plot of 2300 m2 with a large terrace, a beautifully landscaped garden and a large playing field.
The house is built in an energy-efficient manner, including heat recovery, heat pumps and solar panels. The Villa has a home automation system, a central vacuum cleaner system and a fully equipped luxury kitchen. The bathroom of the master bedroom has a bath with whirlpool.
