Prices

Villa Hunsrück can be booked in the period from April 6 to November 15. In exceptional cases and for special occasions you can, on request, rent the Villa between October 31 and April 28.

In high season (July and August) you can only book for a minimum period of 7 days. Outside the high season, a minimum booking period of 5 days applies. The Villa is fully equipped for the use of up to 6 people. Dogs are not allowed in the Villa. Nor is smoking allowed in the Villa.

The rental price of the Villa is € 155.00 per day. Included in the rental price: rental holiday home, taxes, energy, water, kitchen linen and internet (fiber optic).

Not included in the rental prices are: Mandatory rental of towels and bedding (€ 60 per booking). The costs for final cleaning are € 90.00 per booking.

New: From now on you can charge your electric car with us for a fee. Ask for the rates when you book. When using this option, an advance of the estimsted usage is charged.

The sauna can be rented for € 32.50 for 3 hours.  Rent must be arranged on site with the local representative.

The sauna is switched on remote via the home automation system and switched off automatically after 3 hours. Bathrobes can be rented for € 6.50 pp.

Payment conditions: 50% of the rent when booking. The booking is only final after receipt of this payment.

The remaining 50% plus the deposit (€ 200) must be paid 60 days before arrival.

We recommend you to take out a cancellation insurance. Once paid rent will not be refunded by us, after a cancellation, unless special pandemics (eg Corona) occur. In the latter case, we will consult with you to find another date for your holiday. If this does not work, we will refund the purchase price with a deduction of € 35 for handling costs.
