Our website has been developed with Jouwweb software. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. Jouwweb has access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Webador is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption, a strong password policy and secure data storage. Jouwweb reserves the right to share collected data within its own concern and affiliated partners in order to further improve the service.Jouwweb takes into account the applicable legal retention periods for (personal) data.

 

Web hosting and email

We purchase web hosting and email services from Jouwweb. Jouwweb processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of our services. These are not personal data. Jouwweb has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Webador is obliged to observe secrecy on the basis of the agreement.

 

Payment processors

We use the SISOW platform to process (part of) the payments. Sisow processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. SISOW has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. SISOW reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of SOSOW's services for which they engage third parties. SISOW does not store your data for longer than permitted by the legal terms.

 

Invoicing and administration

We use the services of accountancy firm LUDWIG & KOLLEGEN in Trier to keep track of our administration. We share your name, address and residence details, telephone number and email address as well as details regarding your reservation. This data is used for sales administration. Your personal data will be sent and stored protected. Ludwig & Kollegen has taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use. Ludwig & Kollegen is obliged to observe secrecy and will treat your data confidentially. Ludwig & Kollegen does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

 

PURPOSE OF THE DATA PROCESSING

 

General purpose of the processing

We only use your data for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide.
