Comfort
A barrier-free and fully equipped luxury 6-person holiday villa where you will feel at home from the moment you enter and where you can relax and refind to yourself. Smoking is not allowed. Dogs are not allowed.
Garden and views
Each bedroom has a nice view of the nature. The living room and winter garden have an overwhelming unobstructed view of the surroundings and the Walholzkirche from the 12th century with access to the large terrace and the beautifully landscaped garden.
Infrared sauna
An infrared sauna is available next to the house (optional) in the sauna house with its own dressing room, a sitting area, an outdoor shower and a private terrace with sun loungers.
Great to relax after a tiring day.
Bathrooms
The house has 2 bathrooms. The guest bathroom has a shower, vanity unit and a toilet. The master bathroom has a shower, vanity unit, toilet and whirlpool bath.
In addition, the house has a guest toilet. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available free of charge.
Bedrooms
The 3 bedrooms have all views of the surroundings and include a dressing table (2 bedrooms) and a double bed. The master bedroom also has a television. All rooms offer sufficient privacy. The master bedroom has direct access to the winter garden through a sliding glass door.
Bed linen and kitchen linen are available after payment with the rent. Beds are made upon arrival.
Bakery, butcher shop and supermarkets
You will all find these in Morbach. The supermarkets (ReWe, Aldi, Lidl and Wasgau) are all located together. Lidl , Wasgau and ReWe have their own bakery. The butcher shop can be found in the center of Morbach.
In Hunolstein (diagonally opposite the Villa) you can buy game (deer and wild boar) from the local gamekeeper. There is a sign in the garden.
Parking
There are 2 free parking spaces available on the grounds of the Villa.
Cleaning
After your stay, the cleaning will be provided by us. You must deliver the house broom clean, have the dishes washed and tidy at 60% and you must remove the bed linen and store it in the appropriate laundry basket.
Free WIFI
Free WiFi (fiber optic) is available throughout the house.
