The price includes: rent, taxes, energy, water, kitchen linen, internet and satellite TV.

OPTIONAL: You can use the infrared sauna for € 32.50 per 3 hours of usage. You pay for the use of the sauna on site with the local representative or, if you wish, withheld from the deposit. The final cleaning of the sauna is included in this price. You can make a reservation with our local representative. This switches the sauna on at the desired time via the home automation system. The sauna will switch off automatically after 3 hours.

In addition, bathrobes can be rented for € 6.50 each. This includes washing after your departure.

From now on you can charge your electric car with us for a fee. Ask for the rates when you book. When using this option, an advance of the estimated usage is charged. 

When booking, 50% of the rent and additional costs must be paid. After receiving this amount, you will receive an invoice with a payment link, after which your booking is final.

The remaining 50%, to be increased by the deposit of € 200, must be paid 60 days before arrival. You will also receive an invoice for this.

We recommend you to take out a cancellation insurance. Rental sums once paid will not be refunded by us, after cancellation, unless special pandemics (eg Corona) occur. In the latter case, we will consult with you to find another date for your holiday. If this does not work, we will refund the purchase price with a deduction of € 35.00 for handling costs.

The Villa is open from April 2th till 1. of November .
